Hi, I’m Jordan.
I grew up here. I’m not “expanding into” the Aberdeen market — I’ve never left it.
Jordan · Founder
I’ve spent my career on the side of the business that actually has to make the phone ring — not in an agency writing about other people’s companies from the outside.
I’ve run my own business, so I know what it’s like to be the one responsible for finding customers, not just delivering a service to them. I’ve worked in ecommerce, where every page either moves someone toward a purchase or loses them. And I’ve worked inside local retail and dealership operations — the kind of business where a website either brings in real foot traffic and phone calls, or it’s dead weight nobody has time to fix.
That combination is the whole reason 57401 Digital exists: I’ve been the business owner staring at a website wondering why it wasn’t working, and I’ve been the person on the ecommerce and marketing side responsible for fixing exactly that problem. Most web designers have only ever seen one side of that.
When you work with 57401 Digital, you’re working directly with the person building and improving your website — not a project manager relaying messages to a team you’ll never talk to, and not an overseas contractor you found on a marketplace.
Why 57401?
57401 is Aberdeen’s ZIP code. The name is a reminder that this business exists to serve this town specifically — not a generic “web design agency” brand that could be based anywhere. I grew up here, went to school here, and understand the businesses here because I’ve watched this town operate my whole life, not researched it for a client pitch.
How I Work
- Clear, upfront pricing — no surprise invoices
- Direct communication — you talk to me, not a support queue
- Honest recommendations — if you don’t need a $2,500 site, I’ll tell you
- Real, measurable results — not vanity metrics
